Job Description:
MTN Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our business to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless operations across the organization - Manage a team of remote employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards - Regularly communicate with senior management to provide updates on operational performance
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proven track record of leadership and team management - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and remotely
