Job Description:
Tiger Brands is seeking a part-time Administrative Associate to work from home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles. We are looking for a confident and driven individual with strong presentation and adaptability skills to join our team.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to various teams within the company - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements - Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations - Assist with the organization of events and meetings - Conduct research and compile data as needed - Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems - Handle incoming and outgoing communication with stakeholders
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles - Confident and driven personality - Strong presentation skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team
