Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Imperial Logistics is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level role, we require candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.


The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following personality traits: resilience and motivation. We are looking for individuals who can handle pressure with grace and maintain a positive attitude while working towards achieving goals. Additionally, soft skills such as critical thinking and problem-solving are highly valued in this role.


Responsibilities: - Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents - Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and inventory of office supplies - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls - Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the company - Assist with special projects and events as needed - Monitor and track budgets and expenses related to administrative tasks


Requirements: - Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin, or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
