Job description:
Truworths International is seeking a Remote Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in administration.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. 2. Assist with data entry, document management, and creating reports as needed. 3. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and video conferencing. 4. Assist in project coordination, including tracking progress, setting deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met. 5.
