Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Capitec Bank in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the company. 2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. 3. Manage and organize documentation and information. 4. Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks. 5. Communicate effectively with team members and external partners. 6. Prepare reports and presentations as needed. 7. Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and dedicated individual. 2. Confident and able to communicate effectively with others. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Presentation and negotiation skills are a plus.
