Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


MTN South Africa is looking for a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.


Responsibilities: - Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients - Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments - Coordinate and plan meetings, conferences, and events - Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the executives - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation - Maintain and update administrative databases and filing systems - Assist in the onboarding of new employees - Handle travel arrangements and expense reports - Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, answering phones, and managing office equipment - Support other team members as needed


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in MS Office Suite - High level of emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
