Job Description:


Sasol, a leading energy and chemical company, is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to work from home in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for someone who is passionate and energetic.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence - Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record keeping - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders - Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as needed - Assist with special projects as assigned by the supervisor - Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in an administrative role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions - Presentation skills to communicate effectively with various stakeholders - Must be passionate and energetic to thrive in a remote work environment
