Truworths International is seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our team, including but not limited to: - Managing calendars and scheduling meetings - Organizing and maintaining files and records - Generating reports and presentations - Coordinating travel arrangements - Responding to emails and phone calls - Assisting with project management tasks - Providing general administrative support to the team
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will be driven and passionate about their work, with strong decision-making skills and a knack for innovation. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
