Job Description:
Telkom SA is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the overall efficiency of our team.
Responsibilities: 1. Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures 2. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment 3. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls 4. Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments 5. Oversee administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping 6. Support HR with onboarding new employees and organizing company events 7. Collaborate with different departments to improve overall office functionality 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures 9. Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for employees 10. Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in office administration or related field 2. Driven and passionate individual who takes initiative in their work 3. Strong adaptability and cooperation skills to work effectively with a diverse team 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software 6. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
