Job description:
Rand Merchant Investment Holdings (RMI) is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing support to our team. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage the office environment and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently. 2. Coordinate office operations and procedures, including organizing and maintaining files, supplies, and equipment. 3. Assist in planning and organizing meetings and events. 4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. 5. Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees. 6. Maintain office budgets and expense reports. 7. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and confident personality traits. 2. Strong analytical skills and adaptability. 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a related field. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
