Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Tiger Brands is looking for a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate Level role, we are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be reliable and resilient, with strong project management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our online platforms - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies - Analyze data and trends to optimize online performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online experience for customers - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on our online platforms - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online operations or a related role - Strong project management and presentation skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online tools
