Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Mondi Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Online Operations Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in online operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day online operations, including website maintenance, content updates, and customer service support. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize online operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless online operations. - Create and maintain documentation for online processes and procedures. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking personality traits. - Strong persuasion and analysis soft skills. - 2+ years of experience in online operations or a related field. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Proficiency in online operations tools and platforms. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
