The Foschini Group is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is driven, resourceful, has strong emotional intelligence, and excels in strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Manage online operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service - Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless online operations - Analyze data and generate reports to improve operational efficiency - Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive online sales - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 3+ years of experience in online operations or e-commerce - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online platforms
