Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Discovery Limited is seeking a highly experienced and enthusiastic Online Operations Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our online operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This is a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our online operations - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online operations with other departments - Manage a team of online operations staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed - Coordinate with external partners and vendors to optimize online processes and systems - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
