Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Telkom SA is seeking a passionate and driven Online Operations Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in online operations or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal user experience - Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic and increase conversion rates - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across online platforms - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve online operations - Manage and mentor a team of online operations specialists

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in online operations or a similar role - Strong presentation and creativity skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
