Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

AngloGold Ashanti is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a part-time role at a mid-to-senior level, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our online operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve online operations and drive growth - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online platform, including website management, customer service, and order fulfillment - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online operations with other departments - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize online operations - Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales - Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing online operations - Lead a team of online operations staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 8 years of experience in online operations management - Energetic and driven personality with a passion for excellence - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and effectively problem-solve in high-pressure situations - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Experience in team leadership and project management
