Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Growthpoint Properties is seeking a passionate and independent Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and manage remote operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Conduct research on market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights. 3. Communicate with stakeholders and team members to coordinate activities and projects. 4. Support the team in achieving strategic goals and objectives. 5. Assist in the planning and execution of operational tasks and initiatives. 6. Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in operations or a similar role. 3. Strong research and analytical skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Knowledge of remote operations tools and technologies is preferred.
