Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Remote Operations Associate to join our team at MTN South Africa in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the operations team in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our remote operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating remote operations activities and processes - Provide support to remote team members and ensure effective communication - Monitor and track project timelines and deliverables - Assist in data entry and maintenance of records - Conduct research and analysis to support operational decisions - Collaborate with team members to implement strategies for improving operational efficiency - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Emotional intelligence and the ability to understand and respond to the needs of others - Strategic planning skills to help drive operational improvements - Motivated and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
