Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Capitec Bank is seeking a dedicated Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for supporting our remote operations team in various capacities. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor remote banking operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new processes and procedures - Handle customer queries and provide support as needed - Assist in resolving any operational issues that may arise - Maintain detailed records and reports of all remote operations activities - Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations related to remote banking operations - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Proven experience in remote operations or a similar role - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
