Harmony Gold, a leading company in the mining industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA.

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business. Your main duties will include but are not limited to:

- Monitoring and managing daily operational activities - Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures - Communicating with internal teams to coordinate operational tasks - Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency - Providing administrative support to the operations team - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements: - 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong adaptability and planning skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
