Operations Manager

Job Description:

MMI Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational functions of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting organizational goals. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and drive growth - Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Lead and supervise operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Manage budget and resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency - Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity - Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization
