Operations Manager

Job Description:

Netcare is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring productivity goals are met - Analyze data and research industry trends to make informed decisions about operations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication - Monitor budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are met - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to support business growth - Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience - Strong analytical and research skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Independent and confident personality traits - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
