Remote Personal Assistant

Job Description:

Investec is seeking a part-time Remote Personal Assistant to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. We are looking for an energetic and dedicated individual with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives and managing their day-to-day tasks remotely.

Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements - Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings - Conducting research and compiling reports for various projects - Assisting with project management tasks and ensuring deadlines are met - Collaborating with team members and supporting them as needed - Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion - Managing expenses and reimbursements for executives - Providing general administrative support as required

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Proven track record of project management and cooperation - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High level of professionalism and discretion - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
