Job Description:
Adcock Ingram is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Personal Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a remote personal assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team virtually. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority and no specific years of experience required.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling for team members. 2. Organize and maintain digital files and documents. 3. Conduct research and compile information as needed. 4. Coordinate virtual meetings and conference calls. 5. Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports. 6. Handle confidential information with discretion. 7. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and phone calls.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong teamwork and innovation soft skills. 3. Excellent communication and time management skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and virtual communication tools. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
