Part-time/Remote Recruitment Sourcing Specialists

Adams Limitless is expanding its team through our Virtual VIP Recruitment Talent Bench, seeking part-time Recruitment Sourcing Specialists for fully remote work. As a member, youll be pivotal in connecting top talent within the construction industry, with work volume varying from month to month based on our growth and client needs. This role offers the flexibility to contribute as your schedule allows, with performance influencing future search assignment priority.

YOUR ROLE:

• Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates for pivotal roles within the construction industry using advanced sourcing methods and tools.

• Database Management: Efficiently add candidate profiles to our Zoho database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

• Resume Screening: Utilize tools like Link-match to review resumes, identifying potential matches based on predefined criteria.

• Candidate Outreach: Engage potential candidates through various platforms including email, text, LinkedIn (InMail and Connect), and calls to discuss opportunities.

•  Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews by coordinating with both candidates and recruiters, ensuring a seamless process.

•  Pre-Interview Preparation: Distribute interview preparation documents to candidates, aiding them in their preparation process.

• Follow-Up Communications: Send email reminders to candidates about upcoming interviews and other important milestones in the recruitment process.

• Background Verification: Coordinate with recruiters to send out and manage background check processes.

• I nterview Participation: Occasionally participate in interview calls to gain insights and provide additional assessments of candidates.

• Feedback Collection: Assist in collecting feedback from candidates post-interview, including soliciting Google reviews to enhance our agencys reputation

Requirements

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 3+ years of e xperience in recruitment sourcing, preferably in construction or similar industries.
• Proficiency in sourcing and communication tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter & Monster. 
  
• Experience in advanced sourcing techniques and software such as x-ray searches, reverse image search, boolean strings.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and engage effectively with candidates and team members.
  
• Experience with ChatGPT 4 is a plus
  
• You love researching and being an internet detective to identify key search requirements for our clients.
