Aspen Pharmacare is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to join our team on a remote basis. This role will be based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA and is at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team in managing client relationships - Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients - Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure client needs are met - Conduct market research and analysis to support account strategies - Assist in developing strategic account plans - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to the account management team - Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements: - Reliable and adaptable with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to think strategically and plan effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
