Job Description:
Telkom SA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Account Support Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and assisting with various account management tasks.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone and email to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 3. Assist with account management tasks such as processing orders, updating account information, and generating reports. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Use critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency. 6. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Meet established KPIs and achieve performance targets.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think critically. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
