Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

MMI Holdings is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team. This position will be remote work based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and will possess a strong sense of independence and reliability.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for any account-related issues or inquiries - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver on commitments - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients on progress and key metrics - Identify opportunities for growth within client accounts and work with the sales team to drive revenue - Attend meetings with clients as needed to discuss account status and future plans

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 6 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in an account management or support capacity - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working remotely is a plus
