Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at AngloGold Ashanti. This is a remote work position based in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or a related field, with a strong track record of success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Analyze data and metrics to track account performance and identify areas for improvement - Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients - Develop and implement account management strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our account management practices remain cutting-edge
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in account management or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategic decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong cooperation and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
