Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


FirstRand is seeking a motivated and dedicated Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA but will allow for remote work. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for providing support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to clients - Analyze account data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Assist in the development of client presentations and reports - Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of account management


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Motivated and dedicated attitude towards work
