Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Bidcorp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts to drive retention and growth. 2. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues, providing timely and effective solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account strategies that align with client needs and objectives. 4. Monitor account performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. 5. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance, address concerns, and explore additional opportunities for collaboration. 6. Prepare and present reports on account performance, trends, and recommendations to senior management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities. 8. Provide feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in key account management, client relationship management, or sales. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. 7. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Passionate and driven with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
