Job Description:
Netcare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based remotely, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As a mid-to-senior level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 7 years of relevant experience in account management and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly and effectively. 2. Provide exceptional support to clients, acting as their main point of contact for any inquiries or assistance needed. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including executives and decision-makers. 4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Analyze account performance metrics and prepare reports for clients, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement. 6. Assist in the development of account management strategies and initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels. 3. Proven track record in account management, with a focus on client support and satisfaction. 4. Experience working in a remote environment and managing clients and projects independently. 5. Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software. 6. Energetic personality and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
