Job Description:
Gold Fields, a well-established mining company, is seeking a passionate and reliable Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in account management, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters - Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and products to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, maximizing revenue from existing accounts - Monitor account performance and prepare reports to track key metrics and success factors - Provide training and support to clients on how to use our products effectively - Handle any issues or complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner - Stay up to date with industry trends and market dynamics to provide strategic recommendations to clients
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in account management or a related field - Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for customer service - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
