Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Multichoice Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in account management or client support.


As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and assisting with resolving any account-related issues. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance as needed.


Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts - Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Assist with account renewals, upsells, and cross-sells - Monitor account performance and provide insights to clients - Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate - Strive to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional service - Maintain accurate client records and documentation


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in account management or client support - Resourceful and reliable individual - Strong problem-solving skills - Adaptability to changing client needs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
