Account Support Representative - Remote Work

The Account Support Representative role at Vodacom Group is a crucial part-time position that offers the opportunity to work remotely from Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new skills. 6. Leadership skills to motivate and support team members.
