Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Account Support Representative to join our team at Foschini Group. This is a remote work position based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA, offering part-time hours. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in account support or customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and report on account performance metrics - Assist with administrative tasks related to account management

Requirements: - Hardworking and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and adapt to changing circumstances - Prior experience in account support or customer service is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
