Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Truworths International is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Call Center Associate to join our remote team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone while representing our brand with passion and professionalism.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries, concerns, and complaints - Providing information about products, services, and promotions - Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy while multitasking - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Energetic and passionate personality traits - Strong project management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
