Job Description - Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Adcock Ingram is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker based in Pretoria, Gauteng, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer orders or appointments - Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the database - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting quality and productivity targets set by management - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Energetic and reliable individual with a positive attitude - Strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly - High school diploma or equivalent required
