Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tiger Brands is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a part-time Call Center Associate, working remotely from Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or inquiries promptly - Utilize persuasion and negotiation skills to upsell products or services - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Reliable and hardworking individual with a positive attitude - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively persuade and negotiate - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computer programs and call center software - High school diploma or equivalent
