Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: Exxaro Resources is seeking a remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, and possess strong attention to detail and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner - Update customer information and account details accurately in the database - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support as needed - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technology - High school diploma or equivalent required
