Job Description:
As a Call Center Manager at AngloGold Ashanti, you will be responsible for overseeing the remote call center operations located in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position requires a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in call center management or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer service. 2. Monitor call center performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 3. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of remote call center agents. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to agents. 5. Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures that impact customer interactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a call center manager or similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and call center technology. 6. Dedicated and independent personality traits. 7. Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving. 8.
