Call Center Manager - Remote Work

AngloGold Ashanti, a leading mining company, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA.

As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of call center representatives, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maximizing efficiency and productivity. Your primary duties will include:

- Developing and implementing call center policies and procedures - Monitoring call center performance metrics and making necessary adjustments to achieve targets - Providing ongoing training and coaching to call center staff - Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Compiling and analyzing call center data to identify trends and areas for improvement

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of leadership and performance management. In addition, the following requirements are essential:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Excellent presentation skills
