Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Officer to join our team at Old Mutual. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still contributing to our dynamic team. The Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve any outstanding issues - Provide accurate information about Old Mutual products and services to customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Energetic and resourceful personality - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Team player with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - High school diploma or equivalent
