Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

MTN Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, suitable for entry-level individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints. - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. - Conduct research to resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. - Manage and update customer records accurately in the CRM system. - Collaborate with team members to achieve call center targets and goals.

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong interpersonal skills for effective people management. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work.
