Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Liberty Group is seeking a dedicated and driven Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, and possess strong presentation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner - Listen attentively to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service - Meet or exceed performance targets in areas such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and achieve team goals - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using CRM software and other call center tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a dedicated home office setup with reliable internet connection
