Job Description:
We are seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team at Massmart Holdings. This is a remote work position based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Handling a high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner. 2. Assisting customers with product inquiries, account issues, and order status updates. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Providing accurate information and solutions to customers. 5. Documenting all customer interactions in the CRM system. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Conducting research as needed to provide customers with the most relevant information. 8. Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 6. Teamwork and research skills. 7. Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
