Job Description:
Pick n Pay Stores is seeking a talented Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by handling inbound and outbound calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, complaints, or product support. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues. 3. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products, promotions, and services. 4. Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals set by the company. 7. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments for resolution. 8. Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism at all times.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment. 4. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. 5. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
