Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: Capitec Bank is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time remote work position suitable for individuals at the Associate Level with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone - Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to effectively assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and resolution times

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident individual with strong interpersonal skills - Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and chat support platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
