Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Mediclinic Southern Africa. This is a remote work position based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for those who are looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services through chat support - Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and providing technical support - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints in a professional manner - Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - No prior experience required - Must be resilient and confident in dealing with customers - Strong negotiation and people management skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software - High school diploma or equivalent
