Job Description:

Distell Group is seeking a passionate and adaptable Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an entry-level position, the Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing online support to customers via chat services. This part-time role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving customer complaints. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customers. 4. Documenting customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement. 5. Working closely with the customer service team to share insights and best practices.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Planning and organization skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Creativity to find innovative solutions to customer inquiries. 5. Ability to adapt to change and learn new technologies quickly. 6. Comfortable working remotely and using chat support software.
